Mike Hendzel

Michael Hendzel is a Clearwater, Florida native and a first-generation American raised by Polish immigrant parents. From a young age, he was immersed in real estate — spending weekends on job sites with his father and witnessing his parents' "house hacking" approach to building financial independence.

He earned his real estate license in 2005 and soon after began working with developers on Clearwater Beach. In 2006, Michael joined the U.S. Army, serving as a medic in Germany and later in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. After his honorable discharge in 2012, he returned to real estate with renewed purpose, earning his contractor's license and diving headfirst into property acquisitions, construction, and portfolio development.

Michael eventually launched MavRealty and Belleair Title, two companies that now serve some of Florida's largest markets. Personally, he has amassed a commercial real estate portfolio of over 72,000 square feet in Pinellas County. His story is one of grit, growth, and an unwavering belief in building lasting value — from the ground up.
